App Synching Problem
if the app doesnt seem to be syncing completely
App Synching Solution
if you get into a wifi network after doing some offline work : Try logging out & back in on both app & web :
1. Log in both app & web, see the re-loading button attempt to work on the app and wait for about 5 minutes,
2. Log out both app & web
3. Switch off the device
4. Repeat several times a couple of times,
5. Log back in.
Tip : if you switch connectivity between sessions, it won't update unless you sign out and in again
If the above fails to fix the issue you are having, delete the app on the device and reinstall it. If reinstallation resolves the issue, the problem was related to the local data stored by the app on the device.
